This page explains how content on StressAwayy is created, so you know what you’re reading and where it comes from.

Who writes this content

StressAwayy is currently a solo-founder product. The condition pages, research summaries, and Ayurveda content are written and curated by the founder, informed by publicly available peer-reviewed research and recognized health institutions.

Clinical review status

Content has not yet undergone formal independent clinical review. This is planned as the platform grows — see our Advisory Panel page for the current status.

Accuracy and corrections

Where we cite a specific study, statistic, or institution, we intend for that citation to be accurate and current. If you spot an error, an outdated figure, or a citation you can’t verify, please tell us at hello@stressawayy.com. We will correct or remove it.

No paid placement

We do not accept payment in exchange for favorable coverage of any product, herb, supplement, or practice mentioned on this site.

Traditional medicine content

Where we discuss Ayurvedic or traditional practices alongside modern research, this is presented as context, not as a substitute for medical advice. See our Medical Disclaimer.

This policy will evolve

As our editorial and review process matures, we’ll update this page to reflect it.
